April 2008: Shape - a new way to control your HTPC
Here's a product with high WAF (Wife Acceptance Factor), one single remote that not only gives you standard remote functions but also an easy-to-use mouse function with the joystick/wheel. No need to have that extra wireless mouse lying around...
Shape is configured to work best with Windows Media Center (both MCE 2005 and MCE Vista) but you can also program other Media Center softwares to work with the remote control, since most of the buttons on the remote correspond to a key on the keyboard.
