After watching loads of reviews on this case I was quite amazed how much room there was in this elegant looking Era ITX. This mod all started with the idea that would allow bottom intake fans and still support a full size GPU.

Question time

  • Please tell us a little bit about yourself and your background
My name is Jeroen, a 23 year old modder form The Netherlands. I have a background in mechatronics and currently going to college to get a degree as an electrical engineer. In the summer of 2018 I wanted to give my 2,5 year old Define S a new fresh look. That's what started my interest for pc modding.
  • Are you modding alone or are you part of a team?
    I work alone
  • How did you get the idea behind this mod?
After watching loads of reviews on this case I was quite amazed how much room there was in this elegant looking Era ITX. This mod all started with the idea that would allow bottom intake fans and still support a full size GPU.
  • How long have you been modding for?
I did my first mod during the summer of 2018. The Era ITX is my 4th mod I've done.
  • How did you decide what hardware components to use?
I wanted to find a nice balance between performace, ease of use and power usage that would allow for a quite decent 1080p system.
  • If you did it all over again, is there anything you’d change?
Make the AIO in push instead of pull.
  • Do you have any plans for future mods, if so: what are they?
Finish the modded Meshify S2, Custom loop Era ITX with dual 240mm radiators.
