Adjust Pro is a registration-free, web-based configuration tool. By simply connecting Scape to your PC and visiting the web address in a Chromium-based browser, you can begin customizing your EQ presets and adjusting your ambient lighting. At Adjust Pro, you can also update your device with the latest firmware without needing to download and run software. To connect, you can use the included cable or dongle via a USB-A port.

Yes, you can connect Scape directly to a USB-A port on your PC using the included cable. However, the included 2.4 GHz USB-A dongle can connect to your PC to provide ultra-low-latency audio transmission wirelessly.

You can connect Scape to your PC (cable, 2.4 GHz Wireless, Bluetooth), PlayStation 4/5 (2.4 GHz Wireless), and Bluetooth-compatible devices such as Mac, Nintendo Switch, and iOS/Android.

While you cannot mix audio from multiple sources, you can connect to multiple devices via Bluetooth simultaneously. You can also switch between 2.4 GHz Wireless and Bluetooth connections easily using the integrated connection mode switch.

Yes, if someone else creates a custom EQ profile and shares the code with you, you can use it in Adjust Pro to access that profile. You can also create your own custom EQ profile in Adjust Pro and share it with others using the automatically generated code.

It is possible to connect Scape wirelessly via Bluetooth. To configure Scape with Adjust Pro you will need to connect to 2.4 GHz Wireless or via cable, both of which require a USB-A port on your device. However, it is possible to connect them to a USB-C port using your own USB-C adapter or cable.

Scape comes with a two-year warranty. The warranty covers the soft, hard, and technical components of Scape.  It does not cover e.g. accidental damage or cosmetic wear and tear.
